HopCollect Data, Inc. ("HopCollect," "we," "us," or "our") maintains business contact directories of US-based craft breweries for use by our customers and approved partners. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose business contact information, and explains the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").

This Policy applies exclusively to information about commercial entities and their designated business contacts located within the United States. We do not knowingly collect, process, or transfer the personal data of individuals located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") does not apply to our processing activities. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
